Discovering, Connecting, and Sharing Christ |
First St. Paul’s Youth Ministries envisions our students discovering the love, grace and mercy of Jesus Christ, becoming connected to the community of the Church, and sharing that love, grace, and mercy with others through relationships and service.
Through our relationships, service projects, worship, programs, and activities we hope, by the grace of God, to instill habits and practices in our students that will last them a lifetime. Our goal is for the youth within our care to become life-long practicing disciples of Jesus Christ. Our ministry equips students to become leaders in the faith, at school, home, and in the congregation.
Our weekly programs include Jesus Hour (Wednesday nights at 7pm), Soul Cafe (Wednesday nights at 8:15 p.m.) and Youth Forum (Sunday mornings at 9:25 a.m.).
Our community service programs include working with Crossroads mission, the Open Table program and Kids Against Hunger. We also have a strong mission trip program.
We have a long-standing tradition of great ski trips. This year was as exciting trip as we integrated service for the first time, packing meals at the Rocky Mountain Food Bank. All who participated enjoyed the experience, and grew closer to God and one another.
Our students are active in camping ministries through camp Carol joy Holling.
In addition to our regular ministries, we also have special events and programs. We host a summer youth softball team, volunteer and support congregational ministries, and participate in community events. For more information, click the image at the top of this description. |
